    • Rent Assistance - help you address a short-term, temporary gap to maintain secure housing while working toward greater financial stability.

    • First/Last/Deposit Support - If you are in an unsafe or unstable rental housing situation and have an immediate opportunity to improve it, our First/Last/Deposit program may be able to assist you with some of the upfront costs. 

    • Emergency Assistance - If you are facing a sudden, unexpected need that directly impacts your ability to meet the essential needs of you or your family, One22 can help with client service support and resource coordination, as well as one-time emergency financial assistance.

  • Jackson/Teton County Affordable Housing. Begin by filling out the online intake form.

    • Affordable homes - you must be in the 0-120% MFI for your household size, one person in the household must work full-time in Teton County for minimum of 1 year, household may not own residential real estate within 150 miles of Teton County.

    • Workforce homes - your household earnings are higher than 120% MFI, one person in the household must work full-time in Teton County for minimum of 1 year, 75% of total household’s income must be earned from a Local Business, household may not own residential real estate within 150 miles of Teton County.

  • Jackson Hole Community Housing Trust. Start your online application

    • Private not-for-profit housing developer, to apply: must be at least 18 years of age, household income must be less than 120% MFI, household assets may not exceed more than $306,480, applicant must be employed at a local business for min. 30 hrs. per week.

  • Low-income housing (government subsidized)

    • Pioneer Homestead Apartments - non-profit whose purpose is to provide safe, affordable, independent housing for seniors and disabled citizens, income restrictions apply.
